Bottom line up front: BWI is the THE BEST for repairs and new installations. The only place I'd call.
More detail: Our garage door blew a spring on a weekend; door was too heavy and its tracks too wobbly to lift by hand and we needed to get in and out of the garage. BWI got back to us quicker than anyone else, came out when few others would, and were among the most reasonable estimates. *and* did a great job fixing the door. When it was time for a new garage door there was no question who I was going to call. BWI transformed our house with a new garage door! Now, when we pull up the front of the house looks fantastic, push the remote and the door quietly glides up, and we can find everything inside the garage because the windows let in light (without letting people see in). They even came back with a special trim piece to make sure it looked perfect.
Conclusion: Efficient, top quality work, outstanding customer service. BWI is the first and only garage door company I would call. Trust them with your repair or your new door.

We called 9 companies before finding one that would come and look at our malfunctioning automatic gate. BWI Garage Doors came the same day, assessed the problem and proposed a solution the next day. As soon as the necessary parts came in, they scheduled the repair. They are friendly, professional and very reliable. Highly recommend!

Tony, Tony, Tony! We called to get an estimate on our garage door. Tony was able to see us the same day and gave us his opinion on the work needed to be done. He was genuine, quick, and very responsive with all of our questions. He did not try to upsell us on anything nor waste our time in any way. We will definitely be calling Tony in the future for any of our garage repair needs! Thanks Tony!

I cannot think of enough positive things to say about BWI Garage Doors. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and most of all, responsive. I had a garage door emergency and unlike every other so-called 24/7 garage door repair company that I called, BWI Garage Doors was able to send out their technicians late at night to respond to my emergency rather than telling me that they could possibly get to me sometime the next day. Their technicians were able to immediately diagnose the problem and complete the job in a timely manner. The quality of the work was first rate and they would not leave until they were sure that I was absolutely satisfied. I would have absolutely no hesitation about recommending them to anyone who finds themselves in my situation.
